Watch , Learn & Enjoy



Ahi Tuna-- we will put into a marinade at start of the show and then sear the Tuna on griddle.....

Mushroom & Green Onion Risotto-- we will start by heating Extra Virgin Olive Oil and Shallots (like garlic but taste is slightly more mild and it makes you cry like onion when cutting).... we put the ABORIO rice in and brown, then we add the Veggie Stock (you can use chicken stock or broth also).... we add stock a little at a time so it can absorb it slowly and we always stir the rice and keep an eye on it...

Asparagus-- we will first blanch the aspargus in hot water for 30-45 seconds... as we do this we prepare a pan with butter and shallots and place over a medium heat. after removing the asparagus from the water we place into the pan with the butter and shallots and saute for about 5 mins.... we remove the aspargus and then add more butter to the pan and create a sauce with White Wine.... we cook the wine down and let it reduce with the butter for a CREAMY WINE SAUCE...
